4 tbsp (60ml) Japanese soy sauce

2 tbsp (30ml) unsalted butter or olive oil (use olive oil for vegan version)

Optional: 1 tsp (5ml) sesame oil

Optional garnish: 5g toasted sesame seeds and 10g sliced green onions for garnish
