This is our sourdough answer to commercial whole grain bread with little or unknown amount of real whole wheat in the bread. In fact, we committed at least 69% whole wheat which ensures that you truly enjoy the deep aromatic nutty flavour of whole grain goodness, and an enjoyable soft chewy texture on the palate.
This bread is great on it's own to enjoy or with light butter spread, awesome with balsamic vinegar & extra virgin olive oil, and with fruit jams with slightly higher acidity to cut right through it. It also complement well with savouries like curries and soups. We like it with peanut butter and sliced semi-sweet banana.
