This rich dark thin crusted bread is bellied with moist and dense crumb, an earthly aroma and long nutty finish on the palate.
Good to be eaten on its own, with coffee/tea, or a light spread of butter or cream cheese.We also love to have it slightly over toasted for that extra crisp to serve as a base for our favourite savouries like smoked salmon/duck/ham, or just simple avocado spread with sunny side up.
