For our chocolate purist friends and "nuts/fruits haters". This bread is pebbled with French-made Valrhona dark chocolate which gives you an unadulterated sensation of chocolate-licousness. This is an intense bread with the crumb infused with dark cocoa giving it that bold black profile.

The crusty exterior married with an equally contrasted moist soft interior, giving you a full palate exercise of chewy, moist, chocolatey and crunchy.  Made entirely in sourdough tradition, with no sugar added, this bread is a complete experience on its own without the guilt.
