Honey Walnut [HW] Bread

This sourdough bread is generously studded with toasted walnuts. A touch of pure honey is added to form that thin caramelised crust and soft spongy crumb. The light crunch of the walnuts form a harmonious melody to the warm hint of cinnamon of the bread, giving the bread a long savoury finish. 

With no added sugar, this bread calls on the love for a nutty bite and goes great on its own, drawing bite after bite. 

This bread is also a perfect companion with any artisanal cheese, almond butter or salads.
