A flavourful rustic SD bread that has a dark crusty exterior, dense but moist belly with light tanginess and an earthly aroma that goes well with almost any toppings.
Good to be eaten on its own, with coffee/tea, or a light spread of butter or cream cheese.We also love to have it slightly over toasted for that extra crisp to serve as a base for our favourite savouries like smoked salmon/duck/ham, or just balsamic vinegar with extra virgin olive oil.
