An 'everyday' rustic bread, sourdough bread made from the finest blend of French and Italian wheat flours, salt and our very own starter 'Alexander'. A thin crust white bread with small blend of whole grain and a hint of rye for that wholesome deep flavour. The crumb is soft and chewy.
This bread is highly versatile with almost limitless pairing options; it pairs great with balsamic vinegar & extra virgin olive oil, sweet jams, peanut butter, cheese or even just a touch of butter and salt. And if you like savouries, it goes great with asian curries, thick soups, otah, and spicy tuna.
