Raisin Roll Croissant or Pain aux raisins is a perfect companion for breakfast. Layered between the swirl of puff pastry are creamy custard and dark raisins, all encapsulated in a crispy outer ring. Straight out of the oven, it is absolutely irresistible with its subtle sweetness and rich moist bite.
Made in France, a recipe with no controversial additives in the ingredients list, and no artificial colours or flavours, no hydrogenated fats. Contain free range eggs.
All our Raisin roll croissants are baked-to-order, and delivered within the same day. They will be good in room temperature for 48hrs, but we recommend reheating them before eating them for optimal experience.
Reheating instructions:
Place the croissant in a 150°C oven for 5-7 mins, or till heat through. Remember to let them cool a little before biting into them.
Storage instructions:
Place the croissant in air tight (i.e. ziplock) bag and freeze them. They should stay good for 1 month.
