For our cheese lovers out there, this sourdough bread is baked with cubes of quality New Zealand's cheddar cheese that infuses its way into the bread, leaving the bread bursting off flavours from within.
The garlic's aroma, mild yet distinctive is made from scratch by roasting the garlic till amber and tender before blending them into a smooth cream of dark gold, lastly incorporating into the bread to form a perfect marriage with the cheese.
This bread is cheesy, savoury and wholesome. You can eat it on its own, or add on scrambled eggs with wild rocket, or sauté butter mushrooms. It works very well with salads and fresh fruits as well.
