This biscotti combines the nutty crunch of almond, and the mild aroma of candied orange peel.
Our biscotti is made from a fine blend of Italian, French and German flour for that unique flavour and texture, carefully blend with almond flour, quality eggs, sugar, coconut oil, sea salt, and baking powder. Fermented with our mother sourdough "Alexander" for at least 24hrs before they are sliced and twice-baked into light crispy wafers.
Our biscotti are available in pack of 70g and 120g, and can last up to 2 months in air sealed condition.
1. Pre-heat oven to 150C
2. Lay the biscotti on a bake tray with baking paper (Do not stack them over one another)
3. Place baking tray into the oven and OFF the oven.
4. Leave the biscottis inside for at least 10mins and bring out to cool.
