The crunch from almond nuts, combined with sweet citrusy lemon peel with hint of ginger is one of the simplest yet aromatic combination that will leave a refreshing long finish on the palate. 

Our biscotti is made from a fine blend of Italian, French and German flour for that unique flavour and texture, carefully blend with quality eggs, sugar, coconut oil, almond flour, sea salt, and baking powder. Fermented with our mother sourdough "Alexander" for at least 24hrs before they are sliced and twice-baked into light crispy wafers. 

Our biscotti are available in pack of 70g and 120g, and can last up to 2 months in air sealed condition.


Reheating instruction:

1. Pre-heat oven to 150C 

2. Lay the biscotti on a bake tray with baking paper (Do not stack them over one another)

3. Place baking tray into the oven, and OFF the oven. 

4. Leave the biscottis inside for at least 10mins, then bring out to cool.
