The sourdough is delicious and healthy (as compared to those added a lot of flavourings). I kept it the freezer as I can’t finish in 3 days however the texture remains the same like it was freshly baked. Is crispy on the outside but soft on the inside even though I sent it into the oven. The amount of nuts, wheat flour and fruits are on point. Will definitely come back for more other flavours. Not to forget the cookie which is not overly sweet but soft and chewy.
